Because we deliver large bedroom furniture, please read the following before your order arrives:
- Deliveries are made to your front door or ground floor entrance as standard
- Our team will handle all items with care — all furniture is fully packaged and protected for transit
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Our team will contact you directly before arrival where possible to give you an estimated time window
Before accepting your delivery please:
- Check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing
- If packaging appears significantly damaged, note this and contact us within 48 hours
- Do not assemble any item before checking all components are present and undamaged
8. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If our delivery team is unable to complete delivery:
- Our team will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided with your order
- A second delivery attempt will be arranged within 2 working days
